It depends on whether ur racing against anybody, after all racing is a sport. Then there is drifting, which is basicly controling ur car when over-steering or under-steering.
Drifting is considered a sport & if u went around a mountain curve with the snow all over the place it'd be drifting if u managed to turn ur car sideways until u were straight again(Extreamly dangerous, do not attempt).
Then again, the definition of sport is: to amuse oneself. So whatever u do thats amusing yourself, its basicly a sport. Whether it has spectators or not is another thing.
