waltz jump:
make sure you jump straight, & bend your knee when you take off & land.. make sure you dont let your shoulders turn
1 foot spin: 1st., find your sweet spot, (between the balge & 2nd toe pick.. um make sure you are pushing into it... & bring your foot & arms in together -- :D
