when you fall on the cold hard floor, be sure you dont put your tounge on it!

yes, please tie up your skates.... tightly....

bend your knees, lean forward. u will fall less and u will be closer to the ground if u do.

try to have a friend/someone that has been ice-skating b4 b w/u, and stay by the wall. Then, u should spread ur arms out to your sides shoulder height and keep your balance. it is ok if u fall cuz nobody is perfect!
