Its one of the hardest sports in the world. Also has the hardest training. Most people quit before the season is through. We are in better shape than any football, baseball, or Basketball player. Yet we are still considered to be doing a gay sport. Whats is with that?

We're bothered by the image of greasy men groping eachother. But that is just because it is not our thing.

Because if it is the wrestling that I've seen, it is a bunch of guys running around trying to act and over exaggerating things. It is tedious to watch.

when we say gay, we mean it in a literal sense. we do not mean soft, or p*ssy, because it is hard, but come on, u guys wear those little spandex suits, like speedos, & grab at each other. u guys r all sweaty & oily, & u guys r rolling around grabbing, tea bagging, & stroking each other, whether u like it or not, its gayish. Did u ever see The Ladies Man, when Will Ferrel was a gay wrestler, why do u think they decided to make him a ''gay'' wrestler. it has nothing to do with the difficulty of the sport, or the hardships, its just the sport itself. It is still an Olympic sport, so u cant knock it all together, its just weird, & fruity.

Lets see, we have two men, who r pawing & groping each other like a pair of overworked lovers who have been separated for a long time, they r also wearing next to nothing, oh yeah do not forget that wrestlers spend more time with their face planted in a mans crotch than even the most curious & outgoing dog..and the goal of this is to pin the other man on his back with u on top of him. Also do not forget that wrestling competitively was developed by the ancient Greeks who were totally into playing butt darts. Now the question should be..Why does anyone not think wrestling is gay.

Wrestling has been a sport for thousands of years & it was never considered as a homosexual sport before present times. In reality it is simply a sport that requires superb conditioning & if any of it is athletes happen to be homosexual, that does not speak for the majority. Apparently some ignorant people wish to label it as such because of the physical contact. Just plain dumb & the rumor may actually have been started by guys frustrated because they were not good enough.

Just do ur sport & prove to those dweebs that there is nothing ''gay'' about it, by the example of ur personal life.

Because they are not actually hitting each other,instead it is a staged fight.

l cant get past the body fluids (sweat). It is a tough sport,tried it in high school, but just did not like it.
