well sports cars are expensive so l dont think it is because of all they can afford and have you ever looked at the driver of a porsche/ferarri/corvet? They are usually middle aged men because its a thrill so im gonna fo with its just for fun

l think people drive them because there kids finally moved out of the house and they can afford to drive sports cars. The younger ones driving them are mainly borrowing them from mommy and daddy to impress g/f or b/f.

l sincerely believe that this question has no relation to curling. But l will answer it anyway.

It is for fun. l am such a driver myself & nothing just beats the exhilaration on being on the open road at speed. Just think of open country roads like those in Europe or Asia, u might get the idea. There is just the feeling of so much power in ur hands & being able to harness it at will. It is also a good way to gauge how skilled ur driving is. The responses from the cars will confirm that for you.

With respect to ''all they can afford do u happen to refer to rice cars (tuner cars)? If so, then l suppose it has got to do with the appreciation of good technology underneath the hood & how far each individual can ride on this wave & push its limits to rival that of the ''branded'' (more expensive) ones.
