look up yoga stretches for stretching your back, there are many that should allow you to strengthen your back and in turn create less pain for ya.

sometimes with the back it is a lack of flexibility in other places that causes the problem. in trampolining alot of peeps get bad backs as their sholders are not flexible enough and they compensate with a slight arch in the back.
