This is common in young children,but adults display the same biomechanic movement. l think it has to do with gravitational rotation. Where can l find more info geared to the lay person? l do this and have been skiing for 50years.

Probably compensation for an unnatural move.it does not feel right, so your body tries to compensate for it.

l need a better visual on what is going on, and where this happens (bunny, blues.ice, what?).
