Generally speaking, you have to know about what exercises you have to do daily to liber up, and the moves you have to make can only come from professional instruction. You can get injured severely, if you do not know what you are doing.

first & foremost l dont believed that there are professional gymnasts, because all gymnastic events are amateurs in nature.
