l had a TIKKA .243 that l went out to shoot varmits with. it had nothing blocking the barrle but it still blew up in my face. Is there a problem with this type of gun. l have sent several e-mails to the company and have had no response. if you have anything about TIKKA at all please let me know.

a gun blowing up is a serious issue but there are are cupple of factors that also could lead to the same problem you should look at well. may be not a problem with the gun maybe there was a deffect in the ammo or the barrle over heated and got weak is the other sinareo and l would in stead of emailing the gun maker get the cosmerservice rep on the phone and send back the gun to them with return recite from the shipping company
