I was curling last night in my bed room, and should my arms hurt this bad in the morning

If it was your first time or has been a while since the last time then yes it will hurt curl a few light weights today and stretch and it should ease the pain.

Dude, If you lift to the point of failure and are not use to it then you will get sore. Some people judge their workout on whether they got sore or not but that is not always a good indicator of a good workout. Do not listen to that first post that said to lift more today to stretch them out (dumb advice)! Simply get a propper diet down with plenty of protien and get propper rest and you will grow grow grow!

You're just trying to fool everyone, are not you? Yes, your arms can hurt pretty bad if you're not in good condition. Start off gradually, or you will end up like my son did - with a screwed up neck, could not move his arms, and spent the next week at the chiropracter's!
