l wanna stencil my snowboard by spray-painting it, but l am alittle scared that l might ruin it by messing up. Any ideas on how to stencil a snowboard?

l would ask at the ski shop or where you bought your snowboard if stenciling will hurt it, but l would not think it would. you might have to polyurethane over it when you're done.

Uh, l am guessing that you do not have an expensive board, If you are even thinking about stenciling it. Just go ahead and do it, see what happens.

Hmmm.. That is a good question. Well, l would probably make sure the surface of your board is ok for spraypaint. Might wanna ask a board shop that question. Sounds like a cool idea.

because of the gel-coat the manufacturer puts on the board, normal spray paint will not adhere well. cold also causes the paint to flake off. the best way to change the look of your board is to use decals.

My buddy did the same thing you want to do, and all it takes is one kid to slide over your board and wreck your master peice you created.
