l like snowboarding because l go up to russia. So which u like? Snowboard or Ski?

l know that snowboarding is extremely popular among younger people in particular. However, l would chose skiing which is more of a life long activity and offers more variety from lonely, nature absorbing cross country to intense down hill.

Hey l am young, & l love to ski. l think the main reason snowboarding is so popular among teenagers is that skiing is considered a sport for older people. l think it absolutely stinks! l love to ski & l ski race. For me, there is nothing better than flying down the slopes. The jumps in the terrain parks r no comparison. And for people that argue that u can not do any good tricks on skis, you'd take it back if u hung out with my race team. After ski practice, some of the guys take to the terrain park, where they work on their 720 degree spins, & their backflips. Skiing is an awesome sport that is very versital, & l think that if so many of the people that snowboard because it is the cool thing to do would get over their insecurity & try skiing. Do not get me wrong, l know a good many snowboarders that have tried both & l respect the ones that know what they r doing. l just do not like how people snowboard because it is the ''in'' thing to do.

SKIING! l tried snowboarding once, and it was not a fun experience. l am not saying l hated it, but l did not love it. l am probably going to try it again this winter.
