do calf raises in the shower to add to your workout. it also helps to visualize yourself doing your routine in meditation.

practice, practice, practice. also, u should probably find a quality instructor and soak up as from him/her as possible.

Believe in yourself and listen to your coach. sometimes skaters have the tendency to believe they are the best, but there is a lot of good things in whatever the coach tells you.
Skating is made of so many little details that can decide if your jump will land or fall.
Keep up the training!!!

Practice alot, pay attention in lessons, stretch often, if your doing something wrong, figure out what is and try to fix it. Effort is one of the best things you can have in figure skating

well, wat lvl r u? & r u in ISI, USFSA or an individual? just askin, it will give me a bit of an over-view of u.
but to tell uthe truth, there isnt a whole lotta advice. u gotta push through & learn a lot of it urself. but one thing l gotta tell u. u cant be afraid of anything. l was afraid of all my big jumps that l just gave it up in competition. & u know what that leads to. l have never gotten first in any competition except in the little itty-bitty local competitions.
