Im not sure if l wanna take all of it off like eddie wall or just some because l dont wanna catch a edge midway down the rail and get a stair massage...Help!

Really, the most u should do is take a wet stone & dull them a bit. Do not take a file & just grind them down unless u will ONLY use the board for rails & jibbing. If u do this the board will not turn very well, especially in firm conditions.

A wet stone is the same thing used to sharpen knives. Just place it on the base of ur board & run it over ur edges while rotating it over to ur boards sidewall. Only do this a couple times & this will round off the sharp edge & reduce the likelyhood of hang ups. This way u r only taking a little bit of material off & can resharpen it (it will never go back to the way it was) when u get bored of the rails.

Keep in mind that guys like Eddie Wall get all their boards for free & u can bet that when he is not jibbing he wo not be riding the filed down board. Have fun
