l have done shot- put my whole career could l get some training tips on running so l can not be lazy and do sprinting to. Help me prepare,please.

Awesome shoes, a lot of stretching, good diet, build muscles too. Strong sturdy legs. Everyone has a breathing technique. Just use the same breathing u use in practice in the competition. Do not inhale too much or u will get side pains. Practice, Practice & Practice. Rhythm always helped to keep me going. Your mind has to be conditioned too. A drum beat from a song to keep the beat in a long run. Or play a song in ur head to keep a time mark. If u pass the finish by the end of this verse, u r breaking records.

if you want to be a sprinter, you should alternate long runs of 15 minutes every other day.
