Curling is a great sport of accuracy and precision. It is also the Official Sport of Janitors, what with those brooms.

it may not be a sport like football, football/soccer, basketball or the like but it is a sport. curling burns as many calories per hour (or more) as volleyball, golf, gymnastics and water aerobics.

So basically you've never played the game? After a good 8 ends of sweeping, l am completely worn out & down to a t-shirt because l am sweating so much. The skill needed to pull off even the basic shots everytime is impressive if u have ever tried to play the game. As the commercials used to say..''they say football is a game of inches. l wish we had inches'' as one rock goes between two with a quarter-inch on each side. Do not knock it until you've tried it.

PS. Sports broadcasters rate curling as one of the best sport to broadcast.
