in curling you throw stones in to a centered bulls eye to see who can get the stone in closest to the middle with the most stones on the bulls eye

Do a weight that is just right for 8-12 reps. Make sure you get full range in your movement to develope full range strength. Starting out, do not go to hard at it or you will hurt yourself, try about 3 sets per day every other day until you get stronger. Good luck.
